January 5, 2010 – hodgsonConsulting is recognized three times in the Washington Business Journal’s Book of Lists.
October 16, 2009 – Matt Hodgson is elected President of the Montgomery County Corporate Volunteer Council.
May 15, 2009 – hodgsonConsulting is named one of the top 10 Corporate Philanthropists by the Washington Business Journal, as ranked both by 2008 volunteer hours per metro-area employee and by local giving as a percentage of total revenue.
February 27, 2009 – hodgsonConsulting was named by the Washington Business Journal as one of the region’s top 25 Graphic Design Companies as ranked by 2008 metro-area revenue.
November, 2008 – Matt Hodgson, CEO of hodgsonConsulting, is selected as a semi-finalist for CIO&CTOLive Awards, which honor the achievements of the most influential CTOs, CIOs and senior IT leaders in the Mid-Atlantic region—especially those whose vision has guides their companies and shapes the future of the IT Industry.
November 2, 2007 – For a third consecutive year, hodgsonConsulting is named by the Washington Business Journal as one of the region’s largest interactive designers. At this point, Hodgson’s revenue has doubled since its first appearance on the list.
November 13, 2006 – For the second year in a row, the Washington Business Journal listed Hodgson as one of the Metro area’s largest interactive designers. Hodgson, the third largest firm in Maryland, ranks 20th overall in the region. Rankings are based on 2005 metro area revenue. Since its initial appearance on the list in 2004, Hodgson’s revenue has grown by 57 percent.
November 10, 2005 – The Washington Business Journal lists Hodgson as one of the region’s Largest Interactive Designers. The list of Largest Interactive Designers is ranked based on 2004 metro area revenue. Since posting 2004 revenue numbers HC has continued to grow and at this time has already exceeded 2005 revenue goals.
June 10, 2005 – The Washington Business Journal recognizes Hodgson as one of the region’s best places to work at an inaugural breakfast awards program Friday, June 10th at the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner. Hodgson took the number three spot in the Small Business category.
The award recognized the company’s achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of employee satisfaction, good working conditions and positive company culture. The Business Journal presented the results of quantitative employee surveys to the crowd of 650. Hodgson was among 49 diverse companies hailing from virtually ever business sector. The top companies were selected from a pool of more than 230 nominations.
November 14, 2004 – hodgsonConsulting is proud to announce its nomination as the Catholic Business Network of Montgomery County (CBN–MC) Business School Partner (BSP) of the Year. The BSP committee spearheads CBN-MC’s continuing effort to forge a strong relationship between the business and schools communities.
This award was presented in recognition of outstanding contributions to St. Bernadette School for going over and above the call of duty when providing technical services.
Hodgson has been a long-time supporter of St. Bernadette school and has recently established a business relationship to provide hardware, software and network support to the school. This relationship has provided St. Bernadette with a cost-effective way to administer, manage, support and grow the technical environment currently under development at the school.
