The mission of USTDA, an independent U.S. Government foreign assistance agency, is to help companies create U.S. jobs through the export of U.S. goods and services for priority development projects in emerging economies. USTDA contracted Hodgson to build a web-based database that tracks projects from inception to final evaluation.

The mission of OIG is to assist LSC management in identifying ways to promote efficiency and effectiveness in the activities and operations of the organization and its grantees and to prevent and detect fraud and abuse. LSC OIG engaged Hodson’s services to aid in the selection of and requirements gathering for a multi-user electronic records / document management system (DMS).
